1. Accepted Payment Methods

JDM Florida accepts the following payment methods for all orders placed through https://jdmflorida.com/:

1.1 Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards, including:

  • Visa (credit and prepaid)

  • MasterCard (credit and prepaid)

  • American Express

  • Discover

All credit card transactions are processed securely at the time of purchase. By providing your credit card details, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or that you have explicit permission from the cardholder to use the card for this transaction. JDM Florida reserves the right to verify your identity or request additional authorization documentation for any order where fraudulent activity is suspected.

1.2 Debit Cards

We accept all major debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard network logo. Debit card payments are processed as standard card transactions. Please ensure that your debit card is enabled for online transactions and that sufficient funds are available in your bank account at the time of purchase. JDM Florida is not responsible for any overdraft fees, bank holds, or account restrictions that may result from a debit card transaction on your account.

1.3 Other Accepted Payment Methods

In addition to the card types listed above, we may accept the following payment methods at our discretion. Please contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com or +1 (407) 774-8324 before placing your order if you wish to pay by an alternative method, as availability may vary.

  • Bank wire transfer — available for large orders upon prior arrangement with our team

  • Other digital payment methods — contact us to confirm current availability

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or cash for website orders. These payment methods may be accepted for in-person pickup orders at our warehouse location by prior arrangement only. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

1.4 Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

To protect both our customers and our business, the following payment methods are not accepted under any circumstances:

  • Personal checks sent by mail

  • Cryptocurrency of any kind

  • Gift cards from any retailer

  • Payment through third-party peer-to-peer apps (such as Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App) for website orders

  • Layaway arrangements (unless a formal installment plan has been separately agreed upon in writing with our team)

2. Payment Processing and Order Confirmation

2.1 When Payment Is Charged

When you place an order on https://jdmflorida.com/, your payment method is authorized and charged at the time of purchase. This means that your card or account is debited as soon as your order is submitted. You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provide during checkout. This confirmation email serves as your receipt and confirms that your payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately at jdmflorida@gmail.com or +1 (407) 774-8324 if any details — including the product, price, quantity, billing address, or shipping address — are incorrect.

2.2 Order Review and Acceptance

The receipt of your order confirmation email does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. JDM Florida reserves the right to review all orders before processing and shipment. In rare circumstances, we may need to contact you to verify order details, confirm product availability, or request additional identification for fraud prevention purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

  • The product is no longer available or has been sold to another buyer

  • A pricing error or typographical error has occurred on the product listing

  • We are unable to verify your billing information or identity

  • The order appears to be placed for commercial resale or by a dealer or distributor

  • We have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or violates our terms

In the event that we cancel your order after payment has been collected, a full refund of your payment will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email at the address provided during checkout.

2.3 Payment Authorization Holds

When you submit a card payment, your bank or card issuer may place a temporary hold on the authorized amount in addition to the charged amount, depending on your card provider's policies. This is a standard bank practice and is outside of JDM Florida's control. If you see a double hold or a pending transaction that does not resolve within 5 to 7 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer directly. JDM Florida does not retain duplicate charges and can provide transaction documentation upon request.

2.4 Payment for High-Value Orders

Used JDM engines, transmissions, and front clips are high-value automotive components that may range in price from several hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on the make, model, engine code, and mileage of the unit. For orders above a certain value threshold, JDM Florida may contact you directly before processing your order to confirm the transaction verbally or in writing. This step is taken solely for your protection and to prevent unauthorized card use. We will contact you using the phone number or email address you provided during checkout.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

3.1 Product Pricing

All product prices displayed on https://jdmflorida.com/ are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and represent the cost of the individual item only. The purchase price of a used JDM engine or transmission represents the cost of the long block only — meaning the cylinder head and short block — unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing. Any accessories, brackets, sensors, or external components attached to the engine at the time of sale are included for your convenience and for testing purposes, at no additional charge. However, the stated price does not represent the cost of those additional components.

We reserve the right to update, correct, or change product prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error is discovered after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your order to offer you the correct price. You will always have the option to accept the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

3.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the product price and are displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment. Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, as well as the freight carrier used. Used engines and transmissions are large, heavy items that require freight shipping via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers, and the associated shipping costs reflect this.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in cases of order cancellation, product return, or warranty claim. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping methods, delivery timelines, and carrier information.

3.3 Sales Tax

JDM Florida is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a legal obligation to do so under applicable state sales tax laws. The applicable sales tax rate for your order, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your payment. Sales tax is collected in compliance with the following U.S. tax frameworks:

Federal Framework — South Dakota v. Wayfair (2018): The U.S. Supreme Court's landmark decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. confirmed that states may require out-of-state sellers to collect and remit sales tax even if the seller has no physical presence in that state, provided the seller meets the state's economic nexus threshold. As a result, JDM Florida may be required to collect sales tax in multiple states beyond Florida depending on our sales volume in each state.

Florida: As a Florida-based business, JDM Florida collects Florida sales tax at the applicable state and local rate on all orders shipped to Florida addresses, in compliance with the Florida Department of Revenue requirements under Florida Statutes Chapter 212. The Florida state sales tax rate is 6%, with applicable local surtaxes that vary by county.

California: California imposes sales tax on automotive parts and components. Orders shipped to California addresses may be subject to California sales tax at the applicable combined state and local rate, which varies by delivery location. California's base state rate is 7.25%, with local district taxes that may increase the effective rate. JDM Florida collects California sales tax where required under California Revenue and Taxation Code.

Texas: Texas imposes sales tax on the sale of automotive parts. Orders shipped to Texas addresses may be subject to Texas sales tax at the applicable rate. The Texas state sales tax rate is 6.25%, with local taxing authorities able to impose an additional rate of up to 2%, for a maximum combined rate of 8.25%.

New York: New York imposes sales tax on automotive parts and accessories. Orders shipped to New York addresses may be subject to state and local sales tax. The New York state rate is 4%, with local rates varying by county and municipality.

Washington: Washington State imposes sales tax on automotive parts. Orders shipped to Washington addresses are subject to the applicable combined state and local rate. Washington's base rate is 6.5%, with local rates adding to the total.

Illinois: Illinois imposes sales tax on the retail sale of tangible personal property, including automotive components. Orders shipped to Illinois addresses may be subject to Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax at the applicable rate.

Georgia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, and Other States: JDM Florida collects and remits sales tax in all states where we have established economic nexus under applicable state law. The applicable sales tax for your specific order will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

If you are a licensed reseller, automotive dealer, or business purchasing for resale and wish to claim a sales tax exemption, you must provide a valid sales tax exemption certificate for your state before your order is processed. Please contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com before placing your order to submit your exemption documentation.

3.4 No Hidden Fees

JDM Florida does not charge any hidden fees at checkout beyond the product price, applicable shipping charges, and applicable sales tax. The total amount you see at the final checkout confirmation screen is the full amount that will be charged to your payment method. If you have questions about any charge that appears on your statement, please contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com or +1 (407) 774-8324 before contacting your bank.

4. Payment Security

4.1 Secure Transaction Processing

The security of your payment information is a top priority for JDM Florida. All payment transactions processed through https://jdmflorida.com/ are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which is the industry standard for protecting sensitive data transmitted over the internet. You can verify that your connection is secure by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and confirming that the URL begins with "https://."

4.2 PCI DSS Compliance

JDM Florida's payment processing infrastructure adheres to the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). PCI DSS is a set of security standards established by the major card networks—including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover—to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

We do not store your full card number, CVV security code, or card expiration date on our servers after your transaction is complete. Payment data is handled by our secure payment processor and is never retained in a form that could be accessed by unauthorized parties.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

JDM Florida employs fraud detection measures to protect our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions. These measures may include address verification (AVS), card verification value (CVV) checks, and order review procedures for high-value or unusual transactions. If your order is flagged during our fraud screening process, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your identity before processing the order. This is done solely to protect you as the cardholder.

If you believe that your payment information has been used to place an unauthorized order on our website, please contact us immediately at jdmflorida@gmail.com or +1 (407) 774-8324, and also contact your card issuer or bank to report the unauthorized use.

4.4 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and payment information. JDM Florida will never ask you to share your full card number, CVV, or online banking password by email, phone, or text message. If you receive a communication claiming to be from JDM Florida that asks for this information, do not respond and contact us immediately to report it.

5. Failed and Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be placed and you will not be charged. A declined payment typically occurs for one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit on the card

  • The card has been flagged for suspicious activity by your bank or card issuer

  • The billing address entered at checkout does not match the address on file with your card issuer

  • The card has expired or the expiration date was entered incorrectly

  • The CVV security code was entered incorrectly

  • Your bank requires additional verification for online transactions (such as 3D Secure authentication)

  • Your card is not enabled for online or card-not-present transactions

If your payment is declined, please verify that the card details you entered are correct and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or card issuer directly to determine the cause of the decline. JDM Florida does not have access to the specific reason your bank declined a transaction and cannot override your bank's decision.

If you need assistance completing your purchase after a payment failure, please contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com or +1 (407) 774-8324, and our team will do our best to help you find an alternative solution.

6. Order Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

6.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order at any time before your item has been shipped from our warehouse. However, please note that a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice unit amount will be applied to all cancelled orders, regardless of when the cancellation request is made. This fee reflects the administrative and inventory costs associated with processing, preparing, and returning your item to available stock.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order by emailing jdmflorida@gmail.com or calling +1 (407) 774-8324 during business hours. Cancellation requests submitted by email must include your order number, the name used to place the order, and the reason for cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled if your order has already entered the shipment preparation stage, even if it has not yet been picked up by the freight carrier.

6.2 Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been picked up by our freight carrier and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

6.3 Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a shipped order without prior authorization from JDM Florida, the refused shipment will be treated as a return. All refused, cancelled, or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the invoice unit amount, plus all outbound and return freight charges incurred by JDM Florida. These costs will be deducted from any refund due to you. We strongly advise against refusing delivery without contacting us first.

6.4 Cancellation Refund Timeline

If your cancellation request is approved and your order has not yet shipped, your refund — minus the applicable restocking fee — will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account after processing depends on your bank or card issuer and may vary.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds at JDM Florida are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your order is cancelled before shipment (subject to the 25% restocking fee described in Section 6)

  • Your order is approved for return under our Return Policy or Warranty Policy following inspection and verification by our team

  • JDM Florida cancels your order due to stock unavailability or a verified pricing error

Refunds are not automatically issued simply because you change your mind about a purchase after the item has shipped. All post-shipment refund requests are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which you are encouraged to review before placing your order.

7.2 What Refunds Cover

When a refund is approved, the refund amount will reflect the item purchase price only, exclusive of the following non-refundable costs:

  • Original outbound shipping charges — shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Return shipping charges — the cost of returning an item to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed

  • Restocking fees — where applicable, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Any customs fees or import duties — not applicable for domestic U.S. orders, but noted for completeness

7.3 Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, by check, or to a different card or account than the one used for the original transaction. If the original card has been closed or is no longer valid, please contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com so we can work with you and our payment processor to arrange an alternative refund method where possible.

7.4 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved and processed on our end, the timeline for the funds to appear in your account is as follows:

  • Credit cards: Typically 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your card issuer

  • Debit cards: Typically 3 to 7 business days after we process the refund, depending on your bank

  • Bank wire refunds: Timing will be agreed upon at the time of the refund arrangement

JDM Florida is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer in posting refund transactions to your account. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving our refund confirmation, please contact your bank first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at jdmflorida@gmail.com.

7.5 Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued rather than a full refund. This may occur when:

  • Only part of your order is eligible for return under our policies

  • Missing components, additional damage, or modifications are identified upon inspection of a returned item

  • A partial restocking fee or freight charge deduction is applied

The amount of any partial refund will be communicated to you clearly in writing before it is processed.

7.6 Non-Refundable Items

The following products and situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:

  • Used accessories, exterior body parts, interior parts, wheels, brakes, and seats—these items are sold as is with no returns or exchanges

  • Any item that has been installed, modified, altered, or used in any way after delivery

  • Items returned without prior authorization from JDM Florida (unauthorized returns will be refused or subject to additional fees)

  • Shipping charges in all cases

  • Items returned in a condition different from how they were shipped, including missing parts or components

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

8.1 What Is a Chargeback?

A chargeback occurs when a cardholder contacts their bank or card issuer to dispute a transaction and request a reversal of the payment. While chargebacks are a legitimate consumer protection mechanism, they should only be used as a last resort after you have first attempted to resolve the issue directly with us.

8.2 Our Preferred Resolution Process

If you have a concern about a payment, a product, a delivery, or any other aspect of your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In the vast majority of cases, we are able to resolve disputes quickly and fairly when given the opportunity to do so.

Phone: +1 (407) 774-8324 Email: jdmflorida@gmail.com

8.3 Consequences of Unwarranted Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed against JDM Florida for a transaction that is valid, fulfilled, and in compliance with our stated policies, we will contest the chargeback with full documentation of the transaction, including order records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, and all related correspondence. Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your ability to place future orders with JDM Florida

  • Recovery of any costs JDM Florida incurs as a result of the chargeback process, including chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor

  • Referral to appropriate legal or debt collection channels where warranted

We take payment disputes seriously and maintain detailed records of all transactions. We encourage open communication and are committed to resolving any legitimate concern you may have.

8.4 Your Rights as a Cardholder

Nothing in this section is intended to limit your legal rights as a cardholder under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), which governs billing disputes on credit card accounts, or the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), which governs disputes on debit card transactions. These federal laws provide you with important protections, including the right to dispute billing errors and unauthorized charges. We simply ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to make things right before a formal dispute is filed.

9. Your Consumer Payment Rights by State

The following section outlines specific payment-related consumer rights that apply to residents of various U.S. states. These rights are in addition to, and do not replace, any federal protections you are entitled to.

9.1 California Residents

California provides some of the strongest consumer protection rights in the United States. Under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) (California Civil Code Sections 1750–1784) and the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL) (Business and Professions Code Section 17200), California residents are protected against deceptive pricing, misleading advertising, and unfair business practices.

California's Song-Beverly Credit Card Act (California Civil Code Section 1747.08) restricts merchants from requiring or recording personal identification information as a condition of accepting a credit card. JDM Florida complies with this requirement.

Regarding sales tax, California's partial exemption for certain manufacturing equipment does not apply to retail purchases of the type sold by JDM Florida, but California residents should be aware that used automotive components imported from Japan and sold by JDM Florida may be subject to California's Use Tax if sales tax was not collected at the time of purchase. California residents are responsible for reporting and paying use tax on untaxed purchases directly to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) at https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/.

9.2 Florida Residents

As a Florida-based business, JDM Florida operates under the Florida Consumer Protection Act (Florida Statutes Chapter 501) and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), which prohibit deceptive trade practices, misleading pricing, and unfair business conduct. Florida residents who believe they have been treated unfairly may file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) at https://www.fdacs.gov/ or with the Florida Attorney General's Office at https://www.myfloridalegal.com/.

Florida residents are subject to Florida sales tax (Chapter 212, Florida Statutes) on all purchases. JDM Florida collects and remits Florida sales tax in accordance with the requirements of the Florida Department of Revenue at https://floridarevenue.com/.

9.3 Texas Residents

Texas residents are protected under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) (Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 17), which provides broad protections against false, misleading, or deceptive business practices and unconscionable conduct. Texas consumers who feel their rights under the DTPA have been violated may contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/.

Texas imposes a state sales tax rate of 6.25% on the sale of tangible personal property, with local taxing authorities permitted to impose an additional rate of up to 2%. JDM Florida collects applicable Texas sales tax where required.

9.4 New York Residents

New York residents are protected under the New York General Business Law, including Article 22-A (Consumer Protection from Deceptive Acts and Practices), which prohibits deceptive acts and practices in the conduct of business. The New York Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) and the New York Attorney General's Office handle consumer complaints at https://ag.ny.gov/.

New York's Truth-in-Pricing Law requires that prices displayed to consumers be accurate and final. JDM Florida complies with this requirement by displaying all applicable charges — including shipping and sales tax — before the final payment confirmation step at checkout.

9.5 Washington State Residents

Washington State residents are protected under the Washington Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (RCW Chapter 19.86), which prohibits unfair or deceptive business practices. Complaints may be filed with the Washington State Attorney General's Office at https://www.atg.wa.gov/.

Washington State imposes a base sales tax rate of 6.5%, with local rates varying. All applicable Washington sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

9.6 Illinois Residents

Illinois residents are protected under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505), which prohibits unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in trade or commerce. Complaints may be filed with the Illinois Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at https://illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/.

9.7 Virginia Residents

Virginia residents are protected under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (VCPA) (Virginia Code Title 59.1, Chapter 17), which prohibits fraudulent acts and deceptive practices in consumer transactions. Complaints may be directed to the Virginia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section at https://www.oag.state.va.us/.

9.8 Georgia Residents

Georgia residents are protected under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (FBPA) (O.C.G.A. Title 10, Chapter 1, Part 3), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in consumer transactions. Complaints may be filed with the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs at https://consumer.georgia.gov/.

9.9 All Other U.S. States

Residents of all other states within the continental United States are protected by applicable state consumer protection laws, as well as the federal consumer protections described in Section 10 of this policy. JDM Florida is committed to fair, transparent, and lawful business practices in every state we serve. If you are unsure of your specific state rights, we encourage you to contact your state's attorney general's office or consumer protection agency for guidance.

10. Federal Consumer Payment Protections

In addition to state-level protections, the following federal laws protect your rights as a consumer when making payments online:

10.1 Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)

The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) (15 U.S.C. § 1666) protects consumers who use credit cards from unfair billing practices. Under the FCBA, you have the right to dispute billing errors — including charges for goods not delivered, charges for the wrong amount, and unauthorized charges — by notifying your credit card issuer in writing within 60 days of the statement on which the error appeared. Your card issuer must investigate the dispute and, if the error is confirmed, correct it and refund any related charges.

10.2 Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA)

The Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) (15 U.S.C. § 1693) protects consumers who use debit cards or make electronic fund transfers. Under the EFTA, if you report an unauthorized transaction within 2 business days of discovery, your liability is limited to $50. If you report within 60 days, your liability is limited to $500. After 60 days, you may bear unlimited liability for unauthorized transfers. We encourage you to review your bank statements regularly and report any unauthorized transactions promptly.

10.3 Truth in Lending Act (TILA)

The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) (15 U.S.C. § 1601) requires creditors to disclose the terms and cost of credit clearly and in writing before consumers become obligated. JDM Florida does not act as a direct lender or extend credit to customers, but where any financing or installment payment arrangements are made available in the future, all terms will be disclosed in full compliance with TILA requirements.

10.4 Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Regulations

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces regulations protecting consumers from deceptive and unfair business practices, including those related to online commerce, advertising, and payment processing. JDM Florida's pricing, product descriptions, and payment practices are conducted in compliance with FTC guidelines. If you believe you have been the victim of a deceptive or unfair practice, you may file a complaint with the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/.

10.5 Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) supervises financial institutions and enforces federal consumer financial laws, including protections related to payment disputes and credit card billing. If you have a complaint about your credit card company or bank related to a transaction with JDM Florida, you may submit a complaint to the CFPB at https://www.consumerfinance.gov/.

11. Currency and International Transactions

All transactions on https://jdmflorida.com/ are conducted exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). JDM Florida does not process transactions in any foreign currency. We ship exclusively within the continental United States and do not fulfill international orders.

If your card is issued by a foreign bank or is denominated in a currency other than USD, your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion charge. JDM Florida has no control over and is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or card issuer.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Price Corrections

JDM Florida makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability information on https://jdmflorida.com/ are accurate at all times. However, given the nature of our inventory — which consists of individually inspected used Japanese automotive components — errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or inaccuracy in a product listing at the time of your purchase, JDM Florida reserves the right to:

  • Cancel your order and issue a full refund of any amount charged, or

  • Contact you to offer the item at the correct price, giving you the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order

We will always notify you before taking any action related to a pricing error, and you will never be charged more than the amount agreed upon at final checkout without your explicit prior consent. This commitment is consistent with our obligations under the FTC's regulations on deceptive pricing and applicable state pricing laws.

13. Updates to This Payment Policy

JDM Florida reviews and updates this Payment Policy periodically to reflect changes in our payment processes, applicable laws and regulations, and the feedback we receive from our customers. When material changes are made to this policy, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of https://jdmflorida.com/ after any updates to this Payment Policy constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should discontinue use of our website and contact us if you have any outstanding orders or concerns.
